FTH Travels understands that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. The following cancellation policy applies to all holiday packages, flight bookings, hotel bookings, visa services and other travel services booked through FTH Travels.
All bookings are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance or full payment.
Cancellation charges apply from the date we receive your written cancellation request.

Flight tickets are subject to airline cancellation rules.
Airline cancellation charges + FTH Travels service fee will apply.
Refund amount depends on airline refund policy.
Hotel cancellation charges depend on hotel policy.
Some hotels are non-refundable once booked.
Peak season bookings may be fully non-refundable.
Visa fees, travel insurance, and service charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–15 working days after approval.
Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
If the traveler does not arrive or fails to join the trip:
No refund will be provided.
Entire booking amount will be treated as cancellation.
FTH Travels shall not be responsible for cancellations due to:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Pandemics
Flight cancellations
Political unrest or strikes
Refunds in such cases depend on supplier policies (airlines/hotels/vendors).
